Everywhere seemed newly refurbished, clean and welcoming.Staff were very friendly and we had a pleasant pub meal.The location was great and 24hr parking was nearby for £7.All in all a very good place to stay in central Wells. - C
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the cold water in the shower and a member of staff came straight to our room to fix it. Very close to all places of interest- Hayley Carpenter
