Good location in Wells. Room was clean and comfortable and ideal for a one night stay. - C
The room is very nice, but there should always be attention to detail and there were just a few things I noticed. The unit at the back of the toilet needs a repair at the bottom. Splashes on the wall near the bin just needs a little paint to cover it. But the biggest for me was the mattress , it was so creaky when turning and uncomfortable to which I didn’t get much sleep at all. Plus the room in general was very cold until Abby behind the bar put the heating on which made it much warmer. I also noticed at the night timeWhile laying still in bed there was lots of creaking noises like someone was above me or possibly next door walking around next door or in the corridor. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful to me which was lovely.- Gary Y
